Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting The Daily Dough by Kameryn. Because our baked goods are made fresh to order in a home kitchen, we have the following refund and cancellation policy in place.
1. Perishable Products – All Sales Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• All sales are final

• We do not accept returns

• We do not offer refunds once an order has been picked up or delivered

We bake in small batches specifically for each customer, and items cannot be resold.
2. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order for a full refund

• Orders canceled after production has begun are non-refundable

• Same-day or next-day orders cannot be canceled once confirmed

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
3. Order Issues
Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is a problem with your order (incorrect item, quality concern, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.
We may offer:

• A replacement item

• Store credit for a future order

Refunds are issued at our discretion.
Photos may be required to evaluate any issue.
4. Allergies & Ingredient Responsibility
Our products are made in a home kitchen and may contain or come into contact with:

• Wheat

• Dairy

• Eggs

• Nuts

We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Customers with food allergies should review ingredient lists carefully before ordering. (please make requests if allergic in the alloted area before ordering)
5. Pickup Responsibility
Once an order has been picked up:

• The customer assumes responsibility for proper storage and handling

• We are not responsible for damage, spoilage, or quality changes after pickup

Sourdough products are best enjoyed fresh and stored according to care instructions.
6. Texas Cottage Food Notice
This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services.
